Cocktail Hats

Anyone who recalls the '30's and '40's heyday of the small hat known as the "cocktail hat," will understand why this sophisticated little hat is making such a comeback. Perched forward on the head, often at a tilt over one eye, and generally with a veil, no other hat in history has provided a look that is so feminine, romantic, and seductive, all at the same time. Called the "cocktail hat" because it was usually worn in the evening, some are also wonderful daytime hats for a wedding or a tea.
